Bislang werden nur oberirdische Gebäude angeboten, welche fotogrammetrisch entstanden sind. Die inneren und unterirdischen Bestandteile davon (Keller, Einstellhalle, Erschliessung, etc.) befinden sich nicht darunter. Im Sinne von nachhaltigem, hochgenauem und vollständigem Gebäude werden sie künftig ab der Baueingabe und später analog der Baubewilligung im GIS ab IFC dargestellt.
